Our client, a leading management consultancy firm, is looking for Senior Managers with Supply Chain and Procurement experience either in B2B (Energy, Utilities, Life Sciences, Manufacturing or B2C (Consumer Goods, Retail, Telecoms) sectors.
You should have a demonstrable track record of leading and selling complex and transformational supply chain and procurement projects along with solid consulting experience from a leading management consultancy.
Role & Responsibilities
Leading bespoke cross-geography team on the following Supply Chain initiatives: Supply Chain Strategy Warehousing, S&OP, Logistics & Transport, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchase to Pay (P2P), Contract/Supplier negotiation or knowledge of Public Sector (OJEU) procurement procedures.Developing and maintaining relationships at board level within target clients sector.
Developing excellent relationships with multiple clients over time and evidence of an existing strong network of client relationships.
Managing senior stakeholders up to board level to deliverer sustainable change.
Leading teams to deliver projects.
Leading business development activity within a team of consultants.
Developing opportunities and selling new opportunities to grow the business
Experience of managing direct reports and / or project teams.Ensuring that client needs are met, and demonstrating an ability to inspire and foster a sense of self belief in others.
