Top academics - 2:1 or above from a Leading Russell Group university        
Working in a leading corporate in a commercial role       
Demonstrated fast progression within a company        
Skills in: leadership, business strategy, analytics, creativity        
Excellent communication skills both in engagement delivery and relationship development        
UK experience
