⦁ Our client's insurance consulting team is specifically focussed on helping some of the largest insurance businesses in the UK solve their fundamental problems. We are part of a large financial services team and work closely with actuarial colleagues which drives the breadth and depth of relationships that we have – however our team does not work on anything other than insurance.
⦁ We help clients solve important questions both for them and society as a whole – financial security in later life, climate change, fair pricing for all customers regardless of channel and the increasing requirement for individuals not the state to protect themselves – amongst these.
⦁ Our work spans strategic, advisory and delivery engagements varying in duration from 6 weeks to a year and beyond. Understanding the impact of technology and digital – including what that means in reality – pervades our work.

As an Insurance Consulting Manager within the Insurance Consulting team, you will:
⦁ Work on varied projects advising clients in their transformation challenges and opportunities across General Insurance, Life and Pensions.
⦁ Be eminent in strategy, advisory or delivery engagements with an appetite to develop your skills further with every opportunity to do so.
⦁ Lead smaller engagements and lead work streams on larger appointments – always operating at the very centre of our delivery.
⦁ Work at the heart of our growing key account programme – leading at a specific client to develop the consulting offering as part of an overall financial services proposition.
⦁ Drive forward and own the development of a key proposition – whether this be agile delivery, an approach to FinTech’s, building out a service offering alongside colleagues who work abroad or a raft of others.
⦁ Work at the heart of a dynamic, growing team which works as a meritocracy not a hierarchy.
As a Insurance Consulting Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is relevant consulting or transformational change experience within insurance. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
⦁ Responsible for driving change forward and managing other colleagues as part of a strategy/change/transformation environment, either as an external consultant or as a member of an internal change team
⦁ Demonstrated experience of leading strategy, advisory or delivery work
⦁ Good knowledge of the Insurance industry, the players and market drivers with a demonstrated expertise in either life or general insurance.
⦁ Demonstrated experience of being a self-starter and taking the initiative.Beyond the job:
