Business Strategy & Transformation Consultants

Due to significant expansion plans, numerous opportunities now exist to join several leading Management Consulting & Advisory firms in the UK, specifically in the area of Business/Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation. Our clients are looking for experience across all sectors, but primarily Financial Services, Energy/Utilities, Consumer Goods, Oil/Gas and Public Sector.

Essential Requirements
We are ideally looking for candidates who have a very strong academic background, demonstrable rapid career progression within a blue chip or Consultancy environment with the desire to work within Management Consulting. You must have very strong interpersonal skills with the punch and impact associated with a client-facing role. You will possess a sound knowledge of either:
Business / Corporate Strategy  including areas such as Growth and Pricing Strategy, M&A, Operational Strategy/Effectiveness, Due Diligence, Post Merger Integration, Organisational Design and Transformation, Process /Performance Improvement, Target Operating Model design and Customer/Competitor/Market Analysis & segmentation. You will also more than likely have strong skills in Financial/Business/Activity Analysis & Modelling.

For more senior roles, a Consulting background is essential, along with demonstrable experience of Sales/Business Development and C-level Client Management. Managing large scale client programmes and engagements, you will work at client CIO/CXO level, providing Business Advisory/Transformation expertise and leadership. Your role will be split between delivery and business development; therefore you will be a focal point for proposal/bid/proposition development and provide thought leadership internally & externally, along with mentoring junior consultants and managers.
