Our client is a boutique management consultancy and specialist advisor for organisational effectiveness. They are looking for exceptional individuals to join either of their Zurich or London offices as Business Analysts.
Your role:
Work in a team of experienced consultants on projects for national and international companies
Support the team on hypothesis development
Conduct research and analysis
Communicate analytical results, summaries and conclusions
Prepare client meeting and workshop materials
Actively participate in client meetings and workshops
Support the development and growth of our firm
Your profile:
Minimum Master’s 2:1 degree/predicted to receive a 2:1 Master’s degree from a top tier university
Fluent in both English and ideally also fluent in one of the following languages: German, French, Swedish, Italian (fluent German required for the Zurich office)
Strong analytical and structured thinker
Confident self-starter with excellent communication skills
Genuine business interest
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
