We are seeking Senior Managers with extensive experience leading the delivery of Organisation Design and Talent Management solutions, in particular covering the following areas:
Organisational Due Diligence
Acquire and Place
Develop and Connect
Engage and Retain
Additional experience of the following are considered an asset:
Accreditation - have external accreditation in Organisational design approaches and methodologies; and be an advanced user in Org Vue
Workforce Transition Planning - experience in planning and managing global workforce transitions, which are often a core part of Organisational Design Implementations.
Change Management - experience and expertise in the key change management principles and practices
Can inform organisations how they can better use: talent data and analytics (including process and cost benchmarking), talent systems, talent review processes, Learning Management Systems and learning Technology, Talent team structure and roles, models of potential, talent process policy and governance.
The successful candidate will also:
Be working closely with the leadership in People and Change to: drive business growth; deliver outstanding client work; and be a key P&C team member in the Talent space
Take a role in team and wider practice growth, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members
Be credible and confident building new relationships at senior levels
Be able to generate thought leadership, delivering a viewpoints in the market to both create new thinking and drive new business opportunities
Have excellent personal, written and oral presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrate a commercial awareness evidenced by an ability to identify business opportunities
