We are seeking talented individuals with experience in Change and Talent and / or Organisation Design, with capability to deliver in two of these aspects of client engagements within the Banking, Insurance and Investment Management Sectors ranging from small organisational changes to large scale transformation programmes. The successful candidate will have the following:
Communications - experience and expertise in stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills, both in writing and orally
Project management - leads the delivery of a work stream or project
Cultural change - experience in cultural and change diagnostics, design and implementation of (cultural) change programmes
Key driver of change - understanding the key drivers and enablers of change, with some experience in the design and delivery of change interventions
Organisational performance management - supports organisations to minimise underperformance during the change through the design and delivery of different interventions
Benefits realisation - works with organisations to realise the benefits of change by embedding new behaviours and implementing initiatives to measure and report on the benefits
In addition, the candidate will need to have the following experience in
Talent and / or Organisation Design
Acquire and Place - attracting and sourcing, on boarding, executive assessment, global mobility, work force planning and creating a flexible workforce.
Develop and Connect - design and implementation of competency/capability frameworks, career paths and succession planning, high potential and leadership development programmes, technical training development, Learning and Development/ Talent strategy creation, Learning and Development/ Talent function and process optimisation, Corporate Academy creation, diversity and inclusion, corporate application of social media.
Engage and Retain - performance management, 360 feedback, employee engagement strategy, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), retention strategy.
Organisational Due Diligence - experience and expertise in performing Organisational Design
Due Diligence. Experience in analysis of determining an organisation's cost
buckets, establishing the organisation's baseline and undertaking spans and
Organisational Model - experience in operating model design and implementation of new Target
Operating Models (TOM). Experience in people management structures,
organisation maturity assessments and strategy mapping. and developing job
descriptions and awareness of sizing mechanisms.
Implementation Planning - strong experience in the implementation of Organisational Design
Workforce Transition Planning - experience in planning and managing global workforce transitions, which are often a core part of Organisational Design Implementations.
Skills and Experience
Experience of working within the Banking, Insurance or Investment Management sectors and be familiar with the culture and challenges of working in these sectors
Comfortable with numbers (formal qualification is an asset), processes and policies
Excellent at Powerpoint and have a good level of Excel skills
Demonstrate strong / good commercial acumen, hunger to learn and develop and being able to thrive in a really fast paced working environment.
At least 5 years of relevant consulting and/or Talent and Change experience.
