assistant manager to Senior manager - government & infrastructure

We are seeking talented individuals to manage workstreams on client engagements and to take a pro-active business development role by building relationships with clients. This role sits within the Government and Infrastructure team, allowing you to work with clients across Government, Transport and Infrastructure.

You would need knowledge and skills in one or more of the following areas:

Behavioural change management
Organisation development
Talent development
Optimising human resource departments
Performance Management and Reward
Workforce Optimisation
Workforce Transition Planning

Qualifications and Skills
The qualifications and skills for these roles are not prescriptive, but you would need to demonstrate a significant number of the following:

Stakeholder management and both written and oral communication skills
Experience of helping re-structure HR functions / teams to deliver a more optimised service and a deep, hands-on experience of HR
Comfort with numbers, processes and policies
Qualifications and/or accreditation in one or more psychometric assessments tools
Familiarity and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Hold Security Clearance or be able to obtain clearance
Qualifications including CIPD, Occupational Psychology (BSc or MSc), CIMA, MBA and Prince2 are beneficial but not essential
