Award winning, niche consultancy working in close partnership with clients to design and implement operational improvement and business transformation initiatives. Programmes are complex and multi-faceted, delivering far-reaching, sustainable and measurable
results. You will lead the delivery of major workstreams within large client engagements and direct smaller client engagements. Given nature of the firm, you will get much closer to front line service to deliver more impact than you may have been used to before.
You will:
Lead assessments and identify future work
“End to end” design and delivery of improvement projects and programmes
Manage teams across workstreams
Create project plans that support the delivery of sustainable results
Present to clients at all levels on site (including board level)
Contribute to internal training, capability development and improvement projects
