Their Finance Transformation team is no exception helping CFOs and their teams of Finance professionals assess current performance and develop future fit solutions whether they are looking to support a growing business, drive efficiency or respond to regulatory change.
As a Manager within the Finance Transformation team, you will:
Support and shape complex client projects from proposal through to delivery with line management responsibility for junior team members
Own specific client deliverables that will require you to prepare for and lead workshops and presentations
Analyse sometimes ambiguous and unstructured data sets to arrive at client recommendations
Proactively support the practice in the development of thought leadership and proposition material
Support commercial and risk aspects of engagement management
Knowing you’re right for us:
A a Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience of driving change forward and managing other consultants as part of a Finance change / transformation environment with a minimum of 3 years in financial services. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
Finance vision, strategy, benchmarking
Finance operating model assessment and Finance target operating model design incl.
Finance organisation design (e.g. Future workforce models, multi-function shared services /outsourcing)
Finance function process improvement including digital process modelling, automation, workflow, RPA
Finance IT strategy & architecture (incl. data architecture, management and governance, chart of accounts design)
A good understanding of the key aspects of relevant finance technology providers (e.g. ERP, EPM, intelligent automation platforms, BI & Analytics).
Large scale accounting change (e.g. IFRS 9, IFRS 17)
Enterprise cost reduction / optimisation exercises
Enterprise performance management including planning, budgeting and forecasting
A good knowledge of the Financial Services industry (e.g. Banking, Insurance, Investment Management) and an understanding of the regulatory drivers shaping the market today
Confident and experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders.
Degree level education
Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
