Role & Responsibilities
Runs large programmes/projects with full accountability for successful outcomes.
Demonstrates effective leadership skills facilitating development and coaching of staff and client team members.
Takes responsibility for practice development and becomes instrumental in thought leadership for business unit.Increase networks around the firm and start to develop lead generation from those relationships.
Identifies new business opportunities and leads client delivery.
Seen as trusted advisor at senior client level and manages uncompromising, diverse stakeholders.
Exemplary track record gained from top tier consultancy firms
Deep knowledge of the financial services industry – capital markets, retail banking and insurance
Proven experience in business development – at least £1.5 million per annum
Strong experience of improving business process improvement initiatives in an FS environment in one or more of:
- Lean / Six Sigma
- Financial Management
- Sourcing / Procurement
- Cost Reduction
- Supply Chain Optimisation
- Customer Management
