Our client, a leading Consulting & Advisory firm, is looking to strengthen their Business Transformation Practice and are therefore looking for strong, experienced Consultants to join this expanding offering. They are now strengthening and building their Digital Business Transformation capability in the UK and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives and IT leadership teams, we design and implement digital transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance.
Our client's unrivalled data and intellectual property allows them to engage clients more objectively than any competitor. They are also a SAP, Oracle and OneStream platinum partners and support their clients with:
1. Creating a clear Digital vision and a Pragmatic Transformation Strategy
2. Implementing Digital solutions and Digital Service Delivery Model
Consulting Experience:
Developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
Lead the build of digital enablement capability as a sub – service offering including sales material, tolls and methodologies
Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
Directing and Leading Digital consulting project teams from planning through to execution
Change management experience
Possess strong management and leadership skills
Cross-sector / solution capability awareness
Worked on UK, International and Global clientsTechnical Experience:
Viewed as an expert in Digital Transformation
Viewed as an expert in Finance systems i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
Solid understanding of Procurement, HR and IT processes
Enterprise architect experience across ERP and point solutions such as Service Now, Blackline, Side Trade etc.
Good knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and/or Oracle Fusion solutions
Finance systems deployment experience
Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
