We are looking for talented Consultant and Senior Consultants, with financial services industry experience, to support the CFO's agenda from a strategic, performance & profitability perspective. You will be working with a range of clients which will provide you with the opportunity to develop key relationships with industry leaders, and develop your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Consultants & Senior Consultants will have responsibility for:
Leading small teams on projects
Managing, developing and encouraging junior members of the team
Delivering multiple pieces of work in parallel, both client facing and internal
Supporting practice development activities
Delivering tasks on time and within budget and in line with client expectations
Supporting sales activities and bids
Supporting development of the Deloitte business, brand and reputation
Requirements
To qualify for this role you must have:
Exposure in or around one or more of the Finance Strategy disciplines, i.e. Modelling, Finance Operating Model, Cost Reduction, Finance Diagnostic, Finance Strategy, Business Partnering, or Commercial Finance
Experience in either a Financial Services firm or a Consulting organisation
Knowledge of one or more FS industry sectors; Capital Markets, Insurance or Retail Banking
Self-motivated and ambitious with ability to motivate others
Willingness to travel and work away from home
Experience of working with senior finance professional
Desirable
Qualified/Part Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA is an advantage
Experience working within the finance function for a Financial Services company
