cfo advisory, gbs - manager level

Is your career moving at a pace which is slower than you would like? Are you interested in providing strong GBS, Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Advisory support across a broad range of industries to clients within Finance as well as Procurement, HR, IT, customer contact and other support functions? Due to a huge demand in the marketplace our client is in need of Global Business Service, BPO and SSC professionals with the ability to identify, source, translate and prioritise requirements. Our client’s GBS team has great breadth and depth of the entire project lifecycle, which means that you, as a team member, have the opportunity to develop skills and experience from conception to completion.    

You will have responsibility for:        
Supporting the analysis of GBS, Shared Services or BPO options, including the development of a detailed business case to support client decision making.        
Performing complex financial analysis to support business case development and benefits realisation.
        Planning and managing a project workstream to time and to budget in support of the overall project plan.   
      Identifying client business drivers and developing solutions to support the transformation of support services: particularly Finance and Accounting but also Procurement, Human Resources and other back office functions.
         Understanding a client's unique situation and developing deliverables which exactly meet their needs.
         Managing and developing junior staff on projects.
        Supporting and leading bid and sales activities. 
        Creating business proposals and identifying follow-on opportunities at existing client Having a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; having a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture. 

Qualifications needed are: 
Experience of at least four relevant GBS, Shared Services or BPO Advisory projects, particularly in the Finance function
Minimum 2nd class degree or equivalent
        Qualified/Part Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA an advantage
        Ability to lead GBS, Shared Services and/or BPO Advisory projects
       Good communication, problem solving and project management skills
        Ability to lead multi-functional teams of client and vendor resources
        Full Travel Mobility
