Our client, a leading Consulting & Advisory firm, are looking to strengthen and build their Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across their European practice. Working with C-suite executives and GBS / SSC leadership teams, wthey design and implement change/ transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance.
Consulting Experience:
Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
Directing and Leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
Change management experience
Possess strong management and leadership skills
Cross-sector / capability awareness
UK, International and Global clients
Technical Experience:
Viewed as an Expert in Global Business Services and Shared Services
Viewed as an expert in Finance processes i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
Solid understanding of HR and IT processes
Viewed as an expert in Operating model design and implementation
Good knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments
Finance systems deployment experience
Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
Technology Experience: SAP, Oracle advantageous but not essential
