Essential Requirements
We are ideally looking for candidates who have a strong academic background, demonstrable rapid career progression within a blue chip or Consultancy environment with the desire to work within Management Consulting. You must have very strong interpersonal skills with the punch and impact associated with a client-facing role. You will possess sound business and/or relevant technology knowledge of at least one of:

Customer Service - Strategy and Operations, Customer Operating Models, Multi-Channel service solutions, Customer Experience, Contact Centres (transformation, agent performance, common telephony/CRM systems).

Sales – Salesforce Effectiveness, Multi-Channel Sales Operating Models, Sales Process design and change management, Customer acquisition & retention.

Marketing – Marketing Effectiveness & Transformation, Market & Growth Strategy, Product & Market Entry/Development, Pricing and Trade Terms, Customer Intelligence/Segmentation/Insight/Loyalty/Analytics, Digital Strategy & Social Media and Marketing ROI.

For more senior roles, a Consulting background is essential, along with demonstrable experience of Sales/Business Development and C-level Client Management. Managing large scale client programmes and engagements, you will work at C-level, providing Business Advisory/Transformation expertise and leadership. Your role will be split between delivery and business development; therefore you will be a focal point for proposal/bid/proposition development and provide thought leadership internally & externally, along with mentoring junior consultants and managers.
