One of the world's leading, global Management Consultancies is looking to grow their highly successful Finance Strategy team. The team works with major blue chip companies across a variety of sectors to helps them identify top priority areas for improvement and create a roadmap for change.
Role & Responsibilities
Projects include:Creating a planning & forecasting process that integrates strategy with operations.
Identify and build critical finance skills among finance staff and high performing areas of the business.
Redesign finance structure.Integrate functions after merger or acquisition.
You will be a qualified accountant with excellent academics, strong problem solving and analytical skills and experience in one of the following areas:
Finance Functional Strategy
Finance Workforce Transformation
Post Merger Integration of Finance
SG&A Cost Reduction & Optimisation
Successful candidates will be either in a management consulting role at the moment or be looking to use their finance skills in a value add project driven role.You will receive comprehensive training and support as you take your career in a new client facing direction. Please note that international travel and working away from home if necessary for this role.
