A leading, global consultancy is looking to recruit Senior Managers and Directors into their Performance Management / Improvement Consulting Practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be involved in projects covering a wide range of issues from designing and implementing finance shared service centres, streamlining operations to increase efficiency, ERP enabled finance transformation and designing performance management frameworks to drive the static goals of the company. In addition to large scale finance transformation projects which are increasingly sought, necessitating the need to work across other specialisms, leveraging local and global expertise to deliver optimum solutions.
Due to the high growth rate targets, our client is looking to bring in experienced individuals to help their external customers/clients meet the challenges they face in the current climate. We are seeking the following experience from you:
Deep financial management domain expertise, with an emphasis on ERP enabled finance transformation, finance operations improvement and EPM.
Previous and recent project experience in media, telecommunications or energy
Professional finance qualification from recognised Institutes such as ICAEW, CIMA.
Demonstrated ability to sell and deliver end to end finance and risk engagements
Business acumen to identify client’s real business needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills & networking ability to develop and nurture contacts.
First class delivery skills of large, complex projects.A track record of coaching and developing team members.
Demonstrated ability to sell and deliver end to end finance and risk engagements ranging from advisory work to systems implementation and process outsourcing.
Comfortable with significant travel.
